Hi! My name is Jacklyn Tiangco and this is my 5th year as a teacher and my 3rd year as a 4th grade teacher here at Federal Heights. Let me tell you a little about myself...
I was born and raised in Illinois. There, I attended Illinois State University where I received my Bachelor's of Science in Education. After college I went on to live in Atlanta, Georgia, San Antonio, Texas, and San Jose, California. I have explored many places and I am happy to call Colorado my home! I moved to Colorado 3 years ago to plant some roots and live near the beautiful mountains!
It's been my long time aspiration and passion to help young minds grow and find their path. I am honored to be able to teach the students here at Federal Heights and to help them realize their potential. I am also excited to be part of Studet Council and head of the Spelling Bee Club! Come join us! I look forward to creating new memories with my 4th graders and watching them succeed and excel. We are going to have a great year!
When I am not in teacher mode, you can find me somewhere in the mountains with my dog hiking, camping, or snowboarding!
