I feel grateful to be teaching at Federal Heights Elementary School!
My name is Hannah Miller, and this is my first year teaching at FHE. I taught 6th grade as a Resident Teacher last year while completing my Bachelor's degree at MSU Denver, and loved working with 6th graders; however, I am thrilled to be teaching 3rd grade this year! I am now a licensed teacher for K-6 grades, and am endorsed in teaching Culturally & Linguistically Diverse students K-12. I have also earned my Associates Degree in Art from PPCC, a few years before I decided to become an educator. Although I love producing artwork, my passion lies in teaching elementary students within the general education classroom. When I am not teaching or sleeping, I love spending time with my husband, Andrew. We enjoy backpacking together, playing board games, and spending time with our friends and family! When I am relaxing, I love to play music on my guitar and piano, paint, and (of course) watch TV.
Thank you for welcoming me into this community!
